The last time I ordered I had a problem with the link and emailed the company and they responded very quickly and fixed any problem I was having. It caused a slight delay but I’m pretty sure they did a quicker shipment due to the trouble I had and I appreciate that greatly. My only issue was that this last time the product, though 4 different strains, were all exactly the same color and the color was a brownish green, appearing and feeling a bit as an inferior product to my prior order. i love the fact that i could split the kilo, that was fantastic, but the quality of some of the kratom wasnt as good as my local store. I bought 1/2 k green malay, and it was a good quality. I bought 1/4 white vein maylay and it was good quality also. Unfortunately the 1/4 green bali i bought, i would not recommend. Not the best quality on that one. If it wasnt for 1/4 of it being not so good , i would have given 4 stars. Shipping and delivery was good

I need to disclose that i split my kilo up into 3 ways. I bought 1/4 hulu, 1/4 ketapang, and 1/2 white Borneo. The Borneo is garbage. doesnt work at all and tastes bad too ( unusually bad ) so 1/2 the kilo is bad. Now, the other two ( hulu & ketapang ) are good quality. Its a shame though half of it was bad. Im on the fence now about reordering anything.

We have nothing to do with your check bouncing and causing an overdraft. If you write a check and don’t have the funds to cover it, you get an overdraft fee. We intercepted it because your check came back as insufficient funds. We have no ability to “take out money and put it back in 3 times”. That’s on the banks trying to honor the check you wrote. Maybe try talking to your bank and see what happened.
We also received a fee for your check bouncing, as well as lost shipping and an intercept fee.

While this batch it’s okay it does not seem to be as high in alkaloids as some of that I’ve bought from you in the past. I ordered two different Reds and a white and believe it or not the white in this batch is working the best for my chronic pain.
